While this business technically bears only my name, I’ve always thought of it as a family effort. The truth is that I couldn’t possibly have started this venture without the help of my husband and daughter. They give me encouragement, let me practice new techniques on them, and even tag along to sessions! Well, it is with great excitement that I’m happy to announce a new member will be joining our team this fall!
That’s right, Baby Ludlow #2 is due in September, 2018!
We are so incredibly excited to finally be able to share this with you! It seems like we’ve been sitting on this secret for months now (because, well, we have), and it’s great to have it out in the open! So, if you’ve noticed that things have been a bit quiet lately, now you know why! Between the exhaustion and feeling nauseous for the past few months, it’s been more difficult than usual to create new content! We so appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we get through this stage of pregnancy!
It’s not always easy sharing the personal aspects of our life, but we are looking forward to sharing parts of this journey with you! Don’t worry – I won’t totally clog your Instagram feeds with belly pics or cute baby clothes! 😉 Do expect some periodic updates, though! Baby #2 has already brought so much joy into our lives, and we hope that spills over into this business as well!
Now, what does all this mean for my SLP clients? Well, the easy answer is: Not much! I am still looking forward to accepting new clients and will be booking sessions through the end of August (possibly the beginning of September). I’ve spent the past few months dreaming up some things for the spring, so be on the look-out for more information soon!
We are excited to serve you all for another season! In the meantime, while we wait for the spring weather and gorgeous blooms, I’ll be sitting here trying not to eat too much ice-cream and crying over episodes of Daniel Tiger (true story).
