Today I’m sharing the sweetest newborn session welcoming baby Hayden! This session features sisters, baby cuddles, and the tiniest baby toes. Basically, it’s going to be adorable!
Ashley and Chris welcomed baby Hayden at the end of February. Now, when I go to do a lifestyle newborn session I’m never sure what to expect. After all, the session is in the client’s home and they’ve JUST had a baby, so it’s normal for things to be a little crazy. So when I arrived to photograph baby Hayden, I was surprised to see how calm everything was! Ashley and Chris seemed relaxed and rested, and it felt like Hayden had been there for a few months, not a week! It was peaceful and the perfect environment for family photos.
This post would not be complete without mentioning Hayden’s two big sisters, Izzy and Piper! Izzy was so proud of being a big sister and couldn’t wait to show me the baby! She was definitely my helper throughout the session, and even took some photos along side me with her toy camera. (Parents, did you know that VTech makes a digital camera for kids? Elizabeth has one and loves it!) Piper was less interested in taking photos, but was willing to sit and play with Izzy so that I could get a few shots of the sisters. Watching the girls play and admire their little sister was so sweet. They were full of giggles and it made me look forward to the day when my girls are able to play together!
This was definitely one of the sweetest sessions that I’ve gotten to photograph in a while. This family has so much love for each other, and it shows! Here are my favorites from Hayden’s lifestyle newborn session!
